Amazon does not allow any personal information to be exchanged between the buyer and the seller. This protects the buyer from receiving promotional 'ads' from the Seller. The Seller can only send the buyer information concerning the product/s on this particular order.
Some Amazon buyers have opted out of getting important information from the Seller of the products that they have purchased and do not realize that they can no longer get important emails with additional info, How-Tos, special bonuses, extras, shipping info and other useful information the Seller might send. The Amazon buyer thinks they have opted out of receiving all of Amazon's promotional ads and email and that is not the case. They now can no longer receive the Sellers product information.
